The congress counter will be located onsite at the Sanlam Training Centre and will be open from 23rd July 2017 onward. Registration will open on 23nd July from 16:00-18:00 and then from Monday 24th from 08:00 onward

ICTMA-18 Development Fund
Conference delegates are invited to contribute to the ICTMA-18 Development Fund to assist delegates from non-affluent countries to attend ICTMA-18. Please indicate your contribution on the registration form.
ICTMA-18 Develoment grant
One of the aims of the ICTMA Community is to have a balanced representation from all over the world among the presenters at ICTMA conferences. In order to achieve this goal a development fund has been established to assist delegates from non-affluent countries to attend ICTMA-18. Priority will be given to applicants from less-affluent countries who contribute to the scientific programme with a paper or a poster. The criteria are: the quality of the submitted paper or poster, the role at the conference, the scientific potential of the proposal, the geographic representation and the special mathematics educational situation in the applicant’s country. Grants will be given as partial support to delegates’ registration fees.
Application for Assistance from ICTMA18 Development Fund
Participants who consider themselves eligible for an ICTMA-18 grant are encouraged to send a grant application to the Conference organisers at firstname.lastname@example.org between the 1st of March and the 10th of April 2017. How to Register
All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form and by paying the appropriate fees. Please note that the Registration Form is to be used to register one participant only and, if applicable, his/her accompanying person(s). Individual registration of the accompanying person is not permitted. Registration via the Online Registration Form is compulsory. Please note all Registrants seeking accommodation and or tours will need to do so separately and this will produce two transactions. Each participant registering online will receive Registration Review email with your registration details and payment options. An invoice confirming the registration and amount payable will be available online to each participant. If you are unable to access the invoice please contact the Conference Secretariat as your registration may not have been successful.

Once you have your Registration Review and have printed a copy thereof, please select the payment tab on the online invoice. You will then be given the option to choose a Credit Card Payment or close.
If you choose the Credit Card option you will be transferred to a secure payment portal.
Should you choose close you will have then concluded the registration process. Kindly make payment within 7 days of registration and send proof thereof to email@example.com.

For your records you will be able to access your invoice online once you have registered. Should you not be able to please contact the Conference Secretariat immediately as your registration may not have been successful. Kindly note this confirms receipt of your registration only. Your registration is only secured once we have received payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates are advised of the No Refund Policy for all cancellations for this conference. Delegates who are no longer able to attend may organize for replacement by another, however all detail regarding changes in the delegates registered must be received in writing and must be addressed to The Conference Secretariat, ICTMA18 at firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days prior to the commencement of conference.
Non-attendance of the delegate without any written notification for replacement with another will be treated as a cancellation and the replacement will not be admitted.
By registering, the attendee agrees, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the Conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes.

ICTMA18 guarantees the safety of the information that you provide us. We have an advanced security system in place in order to protect your information.
ICTMA18 uses a Thawte Secure Server ID to enable secure transactions.
Secure Server IDs
Technically, Secure Server IDs, also known as digital certificates, bind an identity to a pair of electronic keys that can be used to encrypt and sign digital information. Secure Server IDs provide a complete security solution, assuring the identity of one or all parties involved in a transaction.
By using a Secure Server ID, we are able to conduct authenticated, encrypted on–line commerce. Our users visiting the site can submit credit card numbers or other personal information, with assurance that they are really doing business with us (and not an impostor) and that the information that they are sending to us can not be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.
How you know when the data mode is secure

During the ICTMA18 registration process, we ask you to provide us with contact information, such as name, billing address, postal address, email address, and telephone number. We use this information to verify your details and to process your registration.
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or share any customer information, except for transactions involving third parties. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction. By contract, the third party is not permitted to sell, rent or share this information.
For advertising purposes, visitor and customer information is statistically aggregated and reported to advertisers. However, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, account, password, credit card number, or transaction history.
ICTMA18 uses software tags called “cookies” to identify customers when they visit our site. They help us customize our service to your needs. By understanding which areas of the site you visit, cookies allow us to present information that is of interest. The information we collect with cookies is not sold, rented or shared with any outside parties.

Letter of invitation/VISA
The congress organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to paid up registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. For your records you will be able to access your invitation letter online once you have registered and payment is confirmed. Should you not be able to please contact the Conference Secretariat immediately as your payment may not have been located.
New requirements for South African Visas
South Africa has introduced new regulations requiring travellers to the country who need to obtain a visa to submit in-person biometric data, at an approved South African visa centre in their country of origin, to support the application (click here to read more). Collection of processed applications will be from where the application was submitted. Original passport will be required as applicant’s proof of identity and handing over of the visa label or refusal letter to applicants. Representative must provide an original Photo ID, an Authority Letter as well as the applicant’s original passport if collecting the decision on behalf of the applicant/s.
In addition regulations were introduced to prevent child trafficking and thus all minors require the consent of their parents when traveling into or out of the Republic. Read the official statement here
Visitors’ visas are required from some international travellers permanently resident outside South Africa who wish to visit the country on a temporary basis for tourism or business purposes for a period of 90 days or less for a specific purpose. Read about the application details here.
- There is a fee charged for issuing a visa, and you should check the cost as this is updated annually. The fee is payable in different currencies in different countries
- Visas are not issued at South African ports of entry, and airline officials are obliged to insist on visas before allowing passengers to board. If you arrive without a visa, immigration officials are obliged to put you onto a flight back to your home country.
